Well Marty asked about your thoughts on "Rotor/Crank Timing", so how about case volume. In what areas is "more" better and areas where "less" would be more desirable?

Both these engines are converted to O/B powerheads and they have exhibited the same scenario at times. I put this in the general forum to possibly attract a wider range of opinions. I have two theories, both engines may have too small of carb openings and they may have too small stinger ID's...

Hey Mark, You were right, your crank really does have a 210* induction timing. I got a reading of Close @ 60* ATDC and Open @ 30* After Bottom Dead Center on my wheel. I did cut the Closing to 65* ATDC to give it 215* total Open timing. I thought it was going to be that from the beginning but...

I put my Top 7 port on a XM lower and while bench running I noticed it was loose in the pin area. I have only used that lower less than half a season since new. Its a little early for being wore out ain't it? I have taken it apart and back together but still the same,, anybody else have this...
