Hey Mark, You were right, your crank really does have a 210* induction timing. I got a reading of Close @ 60* ATDC and Open @ 30* After Bottom Dead Center on my wheel.

I did cut the Closing to 65* ATDC to give it 215* total Open timing. I thought it was going to be that from the beginning but Surprise, Surpirse, Surprise, it wasn't :huh:
 
Right on. I cut them that way because I do not finish grind the timing window. I did not want them to come out any bigger than 215* TOT.
 
I have to cut many TT O/B and TT buggy engine crank windows. They are 13mm cranks and per degree measurements on those is .0044". your 14mm crank is .0048" per degree and that times 5 degrees more that I need is a total of .024" off the Closing side,, quick an easy.
