This a true story. Last time we all went down to albany,ga a bunch of went go cart racing and there was the one individual that always got in the very first car and no matter what you did you could not get around him. so after about 10 laps of this I determined that the kill switch was on the back of the car. I reached out with my foot on a part of the track that the people running the track could not see and cut his engine off and gave him a couple of good nudges into the wall. 2 laps later they were still tring to start his car with the switch tuurned off. Needles to say when we caught back up to lap traffic you will never believe what mistoursily happened about 6 more times. Once the track people figured out what was going own the banned me for the rest of the night which was well worth the look on the first persons face when we I passes hin the 1st, 2nd and 3 rd time.

Go-carts like that. It all sounds fun maybe I will have to come down and

watch. One thing you guys might not know is that Chris Wood's was a

Sprint car team racer,so I would be careful with him on the race track.

all I can say is, I have no remorse for anyone, like mike said, with me in the car, it is not the fastest. but i make a great road block lol.....

oh and mike, as for the ogar statement. well you better have the belts real tight.....

lol!!!!!!! remember, the nats at evansville, i had so much abuse on my car it was smoking at the end of the night, and had to have someone push me around the track to get it back home !!!!!!

Well, this truely SUCKS.. I've got the time off, but the $$ is going somewhere else.. My HMO :angry: is not paying a bill because of no-referal.. AARRRGGGHHHH, man do I hate HMO's.. Frick'n doctor setup up the second visit and didn't tell me another referal was needed.. Now I'm stuck with the bill :angry: .... Time will tell if they will pay it or not, but I need to hold on to the $$ just in case...

Might make the road trip for the Sunday party though!

Nope.. My PCP won't even attempt to write one up as they stated this HMO won't take predated referrals... I've talked with the supervisor at the Sleep Speciallist company last Tuesday, gave her the scoop on what occurred, but need to wait for their 'puter to come back up due to a conversion.. Should be Friday.. (Ok, side note - I'm IT, don't understand why it takes 5 days to convert a system... Our customers would be moving to a new company if it took us that long to convert.) Hopefully they will understand that this is "their" problem as they setup the second appointment without a referral.. Hopefully will find out more tomorrow...

PJ, if you ask'n about my insurance issue, here is the latest. Talked with the sleep specialist last week. They stated it came down to this, they are going to charge me what my PCP visit co-pay is.. So from around $1300, it's down to $42. Think I can live with that.. A new bill will arrive end of month, so I still won't believe it until that shows up.. Live and learn, never set up an appointment without a referral. <_<

Don't know how much I'll be able to come down, but the party is on my agenda for sure.. Anyone need a roomie?? :blink: :unsure: I'll chip in for room cost.. h34r:

At this years 2004 International regatta International Waters and Grimracer.com will be hosting a party for the entire I waters gang..

If you are a registered member of International waters and if you post often or only once in a while you are more then welcome it attend..

The party will be SUNDAY night the 25th of July and begin after that day of racing. The party will be pool-side at comfort inn.

It’s a BYOB and snacks.

Intlwaters.com will be handing out stickers and grimracer.com will be giving away a new tunnel hull kit..

NOTE: This party is NOW scheduled in conjunction with the Jackson TN club (THANKS DUDES) and or the 2004 international regatta. Therefore if anything of great importance comes up the night of the event TO DARN BAD the PARTY IS ON.. LETS ROCK
