Can't Find Rubber Wading Boots

Is there a rubber shortage?? Am I crazy? I can't seem to locate the plain black or olive green rubber boots anywhere. I see "designer" boots online for $100, but where is everyone getting the plain ones from?

Thanks for the leads, I will look into them. I tried Lowes, Home Depot, OSH, Dick's Sporting Goods, Sports Authority, all of which had nothing locally!
