And, finally, I get snow. Have around 6" in the yard this morning but, looking at the traffic cams, I'm at the edge of the stuff as everywhere south of me has little to none

A new year has started and now comes the choice: Do I build, do I race or do I take the year off? Anyone else asking this question?

Did the Eagles self-destruct or the Seahawks just shut them down? Either way, it still added up to a Seattle win

What can you say about the offenses in the Seattle/Houston game. 988 yards of total offense and 79 points. I'm not a fan of the Houston Texans but you have to give them and their QB Deshaun Watson some credit. To go into the Seahawk's house and score 38 says something. Even though they came up a bit short, I can't say any thing but congrats on a great game Texans

Here we go, first game of the season and the refs have two bad calls against the Seahawks, one resulting in an ejection and a Seattle TD pulled off the board. Worse yet is the multiple non-calls against the Packers DBs for pass interference that everyone calling the game are questioning. Kind of reminds me of Superbowl XL as far as officiating. Guess it's to be expected since the game is in Green Bay

Has nothing to do with that. When Howie Long, Troy Aikman AND Joe Buck all question calls, there has to be something fishy going on. I referenced Superbowl XL due to the fact that at least one of the officials publicly apologized to the Seahawks for calls he got wrong after the game was long over

Why not, everybody else does. Just look at Ray's and John's posts below. What are they saying that's relevant to anything?

Nothing like throwing around a Merlin!!!!! Stopped by the HARM to get some measurements off the PAY'N PAK only to get to help install the engine. Serious Kudos to Mike and Larry Hanson, Don Mock and their crew for a fantastic job on the boat. Just hope my scales look half as good when I get them done

Finally, I'm making progress on the gas scale. Hopefully I'll have several boats ready for paint in the not too distant future

After posting "Gotta love it, slow night in the shop, a Dremel 90* saw attached to my 8220 and parts laid out on ply to cut out. All I need now is a pay raise and some BBQed ribs and the night would be perfect" on Wednesday night, now I have to say "THIS SUCKS" since I've got a shop full of people

I smell an appeal coming after today's Columbia Cup Final. For those that didn't see the race, the Ellstrom/Oberto hooked in turn 3, moving it in from lane 2 toward the buoy line where it was hit in the left sponson by the Home Street/Miss Madison. The initial call was a one lap penalty on the Oberto. It has now been changed to a $250 fine and a lap penalty on the Miss Madison for not holding it's lane. This should get interesting before all is said and done

Apparently, the powers that be at H1 have decided that, even though the U-16 hooked, the collision was due to a slight turn arc change by the U-1. Not sure I agree with it but Steve David explained the situation with all the where, why and how to the decision on the H1 website so, as it stands now, the results have the U-5 winning with the U-1 placing last

That's just plain bullshit, seems like their not gonna be satisfied until Jimmy leaves H1 now they are all out cheaters . Nowhere in any Motorsport is a hooking vehicle not responsible for its sudden lane change.
