21 billet Carb Id needed 12-18 carb advice needed as well.

I have this Carburetor for a 21 and I don't know if its worth trying over the os 20j carbs I normally use will it gain anything I wonder . anyone that has used one could you chime in please.
Also what are these spray bar inserts for ? I don't have any carbs that fit them.
Also I Need a carb for a 12 size engine with larger bore than the super tiger 18 carb I have now on it.
Is there anything larger id than the st18 that anyone has found? or will I even gain anything using a larger bore carb on these small engines.

Thanks Ric. I am unsure if it will be able to be ground down to be small enough to fit this dynamite .19 engine though. Its the same size as a os 10 or the supertiger 18 which is the carb I have now on it.
