Update for everyone, trying to get a reply from supplier, seems to be taking a little longer than it should <_<

Bill, I like the RG because it is ABC, cheaper or at least very similar cost, and you can modify it if you want. I am not sure about any performance gain as such if you simply 'drop it in' but it seems you can lean on it more and get more heat into it, without worrying about the plating coming off.
