Hi MikeP

Don't know about the name for the boat but I think you should change your handle to the CompositeKid. Sort of gunfighter style.

You could try Quick ETA-1 (Quick Exotic Tunnel Attack - 1)

GT ;D

ps. & I thought your woodworking skills were 1st class.

I'd almost be afraid to run this for it getting scratched.

that's a cool thing about being the boat's builder, if it does get whacked, it assume it wouldn't be a total mission to repair it?

totally awesome mike! you make it look as if us mortals could do it ;D

so when are you planning on getting it a little wet? really interested to see how it does.

Arrg! working on the chin piece, not my favorite part but I got it finished tonight. It wont be long now.

Not much time left, it's snowing in the mountians already.

Hey Mike,

You do know that we are just getting into summer over here... ;)

You should't let it go to waist over your chilly winters ;D

Oh and when will you start taking orders on the cowl or a full boat?

Kris

Dave,

Thanks for the link to the hybrid they have a really good price on it. It's almost half the price I have seen from other places.

After finishing the chin piece the usual way, foam core with chin glued to the foam on the inside of the cowl.

I filled the bottom with epoxy and layed a piece of cloth on the bottom then stuck it down on the mylar.

I am thinking a real sponsor name would be cool. I am going to send some emails to some places I buy from and see if they are interested in supplying the graphics.

Yep, just need to finish the cockpit. I will be tossing it in next weekend.

Finished weight is 4 lbs. 3oz. How does the weight compare to wood hulls?

CG is at 8" guess I will need to add a few oz's to the front.
