Looks great Tony, I like the scale look of both of them.
How about some radio box pictres out of the Ossi boat??

~James

PS, what did you do to make up for the angled transom and Greg lower unit? I was thinking of milling an angled wedge out of Delrin or Hardwood to bring it up square, but you could also make new angle brackets. What did you do?

Ahh, I see. Is it the new Lee Racing transom hardware?

HTB Box huh? Wasnt sure it it would hold every thing, but I guess so.

That would be Gutenteit. I bet it is!

I just got a PM from Kevin (Kgilbert) that his boat and G-Morty leg just arrived, so the other guys should be getting them very soon.

You can get the pipe and header from GMorty or James I think I got mine from Greg when I ordered my lower unit. I am sure james will figure out a mount the he can make and distribute.

i'm from tallahassee, fl. - i thought that looked too good for a fla., buck   . up here in far n. va., the deer make a good fla. buck look like a big dog. plenty of them, too-especially in the apple orchard across the road from me B) .

I have been trying to strike a deal with other pipes, and also making my own, but have been unsuccesful thus far. I will look into the carbon pipes.

I am working on a transom wedge.

~James

Please James, I wish you'll find the pipe solution and the transom wedge too.

I prefer the metal pipe, because my engine is a Zenoah with J&G square head and I don't know if the pipe fit good, but if you found a pipe solution please talk me.

Dont worry Carlos, you have been patient enough :) You will be the first to know!

~Thanks, James

Where are the f-1 style lower legs found like In the first few pics with the two boats on the pier/dock? I have seen the g-mortys.

James,

I got my hull today, what a beauty, and the engine cover is going to work out just fine. As cool as the hull is the packing material

it came wrapped in was even more interesting. What is that stuff, very cool. Not a mark on the boat and even the guy at the post office

commented on it.

Thanks for your efforts James, I am very pleased. Let us know on the transom wedge. I made a maple one today but a CNC aluminum one would be better.

The fun part with Tunnels is not everything is available, desing and build it yourself.

By the way are the gear drive setups converted MHZ S-6 type lower drives? if not available I will just build my own.

Hey Steve, I have 4 guys still on the original list, not including myself. I can put you on it if you are interested. Send me a email or PM if you want more info.

This goes for anyone else also.

David, that stuff it comes wrapped in is Industrial floor insulation (they are big into floor heating systems over here). I like to call it Heavy Duty German Bubble Wrap. Its very expensive, at about $360 dollars for a role. Hope you can find some use out of it! Wrapping the boats this way is the only way I can get them to the states, as they would be too big if they are in a box. I had to get creative.

Glad you got your boat and are satisfied with it, they really do look great. Some very good glass work also! I was thinking of doing some oak wedges on the mill, but I would prefer to use Delrin. I think Aluminum is a little overkill. I just have to find some Delrin thick enough to do what I want.

Guys, I am heading to Berlin again on Monday of next week. I will be picking up three more of these boats. I plan to ship them out to everyone on Tuesday after I get them. I am then heading to the states for 3 weeks, so it will be while before the next batch is available.

I have had a couple guys back out of getting these boats for personal reasons, so that means a few changes.

Mark Mitchell has claimed one of the three boats im getting.

Steve Spear, forgive me, but I am fairly sure you sent me your info and wanted to get in line to get one of these boats. If this is the case, send me a PM. I have managed to delete your info somehow. If you want one of these boats, its yours.

If the above goes through as planned, that means there is one boat left. Anyone want to take it?

I am now taking payment for these three boats, if you are on the list, go to the website and pay through there with your credit card info or paypal. If you want to give me the CC info over the phone, just give me a shout.

Let me know!

~James
