One of the great father son teams in unlimited hydroplane racing needs a little help. Over the weekend Mike Webster was involved in a 200mph crash that destroyed the boat his family put 1,000's of hours in. They want to rebuild...we can help. Cool idea!

I'm surprised Matrix Systems isn't helping to rebuild the boat considering it only really needs the right canoe replaced and the left one repaired

Sounds like a good reason for a CD to have a special raffle or put out a donation jar at a race.

I will look into doing this in the fall for our D2 challenge race. We have done stuff like this in the past and always been able to raise a few buck for a good cause.
