Are all MUTTs wood or glass versions legal under the new unpublished rules that are floating around. The way I read it, they do not follow the letter of the rule.
Since I have a wood and glass version of these boats I need clarification on the " MUST terminate smoothly"
9. Belly pans are allowed but must terminate aft smoothly and extend no further than 50% of the aft
plane. Belly pans must be at least 3/8” above the bottom planning surface of the boat measured
with the boat resting on its 3 points on a static table.
