Mark,

You can seal and polish the plug with west systems alone.

When you get ready to make a mold you will need silica, graphite powder, heavy fiberglass cloth.

I have heard of people using fridge pumps, they are designed to have oil pumped through them for lubrication.

I am glad I got the small pump, hook it to the bag plug it in and forget about it. It's small, doesn't need pressure controll.

When you get ready to vacume bag you will need peelply and breather cloth, I have seen people use paper towels for breather cloth. I tried it and didn't like it.

Let me know how it goes I will help you on each step.

Mike,

What else can be said about your AWESOME work!!!!!!! 8) Question, what size is the pull-pull wheel???

Mark

OB Nut Racing.. I'm just green with envy...

WOW that sure is cool!

i'm currious.... how are the sponsons attached to the center section? it would seem to me that it would not be easy to get a good joint??

the other cool thing about mikes method..... no painting required!

Hey Mike...I just thought of a name for it.

[shadow=red,left]BULLETPROOF[/shadow]

WOW! What craftsmanship!

Mike you have got to much time on your hands. I would also like to know the weight when you get it done.

This boat is PRICELESS!

Good job!

Wow! thanks for all the nice complements.

I notice alot of pashion with tunnel hull crowd.

Mark, the pull pull wheel is 30mm.

So far the boat is 3lbs 9oz without the cowl. I will weight it when it's ready to run.

Tom, the sponsons are glued on. ???

"Bulletproof"

works for me, just need a couple of stickers for the cowl.
