My proposal had been submitted to our district director a day or two before Thanksgiving, I have not heard anything back yet. I hope he will begin moving on this so we can have it in place for '04. It sets same criteria as dist. #1 as Mike Neal (dist. #1) & myself had a common goal for noise level standards. B)

Just got an e-mail back from our director & proposal will go out to all dist. #12 clubs in next week or so with objective to have in place by end of Jan. for the '04 season.
