back when I used to build and fly aircraft, the building surface I used was a new inside house door that was finished with luan on both sides. (door only) this is as flat and true as you can get. don't use panneled door. just my 2cents JON

This is only an info thing. The Tactic 4 ch 2.4ghz fhss tx only uses 4 AA batts. No range prob. The Futaba 4 ch 4YF fhss 2.4ghz tx also only uses 4 AA batts. Don't know about range. Jon Harter

I have found on the flex cable-I believe it is Sullivan, not sure- they make two types. one type takes solder redily, the other will not. if you have the one that won't, read on package and get the other. Jon

if you have a plain aluminum pipe with baked on gook you can easily clean this off with an sos or brillo pad. it also polishes the pipe.

measure the dia. of the wire, go to the hobby shop. buy a piece of piano wire this size and make your own. I have done this for years and never had a problem. works for my 45 up to my 90. my kb 21 doesnt use a clip.

when you get too close or touch the antenna wire your rx picks up your body hum. just move away.
