Tactic fhss 4 ch. stick radio

Does anyone out there use one of these radios? How good is it for range and durability? Any other problems?

I have been using Tactic 4-channel radios in my RC airplanes. The distance I fly exceeds anything in model boat racing. I've not experienced any range issues.

I also have a Tactic 4-channel in one of my EP model boats. Works fine there, also.

i used a tactic 4 channel all last racing season and had no problems ...the range is very good ....bob

thanks for the info jerry - bob. since I am going to change over I am looking for a good system that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. thanks for any and all replies. recievers are $15 cheaper than futaba and I will need 3 extra. radio $20 cheaper. just so youall know- the only radios I have ever used have been Futaba they are great radios -no trouble. just want to save some money this time. thanks, Jon
