Hello all,

Just need to clarify a couple a couple of things before I assemble my sponsons.

Do I cut the shape of the sponson before I glue on the front sponson cap and

rear sponson former or after?. On the plans it shows the side stringer on the inside of these pieces, so I'm assuming before just not 100% sure. Also are the cut outs in the center section for the radio box and the transom block brace/fuel tank

support cut completly through the depth of the center section?

The first step is glueing the sponson side former to the foam.

Next, the transom former is glued to the foam. Then the I cut the angle for the front of the sponson tip and glue the front sponson tip former to the foam. The sponson shape is then cut and the side former attached.

On the plans, it shows cutting the slots for the transon formers completely through the foam center section. I've actually changed the way I now do that and just glue the frames to the top of the foam.
