I want to thank every one that came to help make the Kansas City

fun day a big success. With the help of Cheryl Congdon and Kip Wood

from Wichita we had a great day of boating. Kip set out the buoys to get

the day started. Cheryl checked to see what classes of boats everyone brought

and set up and run the heats. I estimate around twenty people taking part in the fun.

Also the signs we put on the highway brought in several spectators

I was glad to see kids running boats, we need more of them to keep the hobby going

when us old timers can’t do it any more.
