Frank Mealor of Ft Worth passed away in the VA hospital in Dallas last night of heart failure and complications of surgery. Most of you won't know Frank, he was active in IMPBA District 7 and NAMBA in the 70's and 80's. He had been in failing health for many years. Rest in Peace, Frank!
