This is a Phil Thomas SSP21. It comes ready to go. I was in the process of refinishing this boat although now I have to relocate for a job and can't finish it now. It comes with speed master hardware, and AXE Rossi Piranha 21. The hull has been printed and is ready for finishing. Last ime I ran this boat it was running very stable in the high 50's.
