I would change one thing from what I could see in the pictures. The sponsons should have a small lip formed by the over hang of the sponson side somewhere around 1/8-3/16 wide. This is pretty much standard on the "Jones" style sponsons and I "believe" the T-4 had them as well

Here's the picture I said I'd post. You can see how the sponson has a lip at the base of the sponson side. I got dimentions for this one off the 8806 when it was in Seattle years ago. I'd be willing to bet the T-4 has something similar. You might ask Harry on this one to be sure
