Hey, thats a nice rigger. I was wondering if you built the hull.

I would really like to know how it was made.

No, I did not build this hull :(

I think it was made by Michael Haag (a famous German driver of the 1990s)

And I do nat have a mold for it :( :(

But we have some molds for similar riggers (.21 / .45 and some .90) :) :) :)

We will start making hulls in the near future!

That is an interesting looking boat, certainly quite different!

How are the carbon plates for mounting the sponsons joined to the boom tubes?

What is the weight of the boat?

Ian.

From the photos I could not see the bolt that holds the stub in place in the booms, so I was not sure. I like the adjustable sponson system as well, but the only one I have seen was not very ridgid, so I am trying to find out the best way to do it.

I guess it has a solid drive shaft as well?

Ian.

I used Loctite to hold the stubs in place in the booms....I never had any problems and the sponsons are very solid mounted!

Yes the rigger has a solid drive shaft (it was already in the tub when I bought the boat). Actually it is my first rigger with a solid drive shaft...so I am curious how it works and if there is a noticable difference to a flex one!
