So you are saying that you have never bought something from china? I dont think so. Wake up and look around you own house befor you say something about

buying something from China or Hong Kong because if you are looking for something and it's

1200.00 or what ever the price is and you see it for 975.00 are you going to see if it was

made in the US or China? No I dont think so you are going to save that money. And when

you get home make sure that you look to see if it was made in the US or China. So are you going to take it back no way!!!!!
What American radio are you seering your boats with? What about motors?

Yes, I will pay more for products manufactured in the U.S.

Yes the Chinese were around LONG before Americans. Funny how they have only recently elevated themselves to humane standards, thanks to our influence and our technology.

If you walk into Wally World you will walk out with something made in China, sad but true.

If all everyone ever does is shop PRICE in a global economy then the world wide workforce, including ours, will settle into a state of ever dwindling prosperity. There will always be those (especially in Socialist countries) that will work 16/7 for a sub standard wage and no benefits.

Mark honestly I didn't purchase this boat because of the price. If you've ever seen my boats you would know that's not my style. I got it because it's a nice very nice boat and I think its going to be a good boat.

a guy i no here in OZ has a 45 delta force, it is really quick boat,

but it dos'nt handle like the seaducers.....

I just got finished glassing the rails and transom back in the first one. Its a real pain in the butt. The boat is still very light, and will likely serve the purpose, but I would agree it seems a bit flimsy for "fender banging". Don't think I have any use for the second one, and it will likely be returned as defective.

What makes you think the Arrow Shark is the same as a Delta Force? Is it because they are both from China? I guess then Seaducers are the same as every other American made boat. Take a look at the results from the 06 World Championship and you will see that the Delta Force hull did very well. As for construction I've owned Seaducers, HTBs & a ton of Speedmasters. I'm telling you they are built well. I can't tell you about the Arrow Shark because it's not the same boat.

And don't try to tell me that Seaducers are flawless because I know better. I've seen some first hand including my son's first boat. When I ordered it I told Jerry it would be my son's 1st boat and when it arrived the rails had more than a 1/4 inch twist in them. Not to mention the fact that it had a rusty brad sticking out through the radio box bulkhead. When I asked Seaducer to fix it they refused. It took me 3 years to get him interested in boats again. Fortunately the Lynx Carl built him has been great.

Thanks for all the input. Sorry Mark I think that boaters are going to buy what ever they want

even if they have to save $$$.

the more boats, the more makers and the more styles we have to choose from the better, no matter where it's made! Everyone pretty much will run the same boat over and over. Yeah, I guess if you make hulls you have a real complaint about cheaper prodcued boats, but it's not worth telling someone not to run it unless you have first hand knowledge or experience that they are junk and not worth the money.

I also saw a new ARROW SHARK (still int he box) @ the pond yesterday. It was not impressed @ all. The quality was not there. It appeared to be a very light, thin, & flimsy layup. There was no wood installed in the transom and the rails were not straight. I have never seen the DELTA FORCE in person so I can not comment.

I usually don't say much, shows my lack of intellegence! After this post was brought to my attention I took a look and I've just got to ask a question or two. Now not trying to be a smart... just trying to always make a better product.

To Joe Knesek saying he did not like to way I joined the hull together I need to know? After I take them from the mold and cut them out it goes back into the mold and first glued/ secured/ what ever to each other with a mixture of Vinyl ester resin and West System 404 Hight Density filler. They are then taken out of the mold to then fill the seam between the hull and top deck with again another mixture of the same with a little gel colored to match the hull. After that I put 1 1/2 fiberglass strip inside the hull to further join the hull and deck. I spent some time with Chris and this is as far as I was told and shown was the same way he did things only trying to take the process a little further than he did. If there is something I can do better please let me know, I don't bite.

I have not seen the imported boats, they don't really bother me. I know I can't sell a boat to everybody. Having a few different boats at a race just makes it better anyway. We would not all want to run the same thing.

As far a price is concerned? We all know imported merchandise is for the most part cheeper, probally mostly because of wages. That as well is ok, they need to be cheeper to probally sell. If anyone does happen to have a problem with one you sure can't give the man that made it a call and get you troubles resolved? Your not going to see him at a race and get any help if needed. Maybe that is worth a little something to a few folks.

It gets harder every day to buy US Made products but I do try and I will pay more for them. Just can't always do it. If any of you have seen my Red/ White and Blue boats you know where my heart is. A small tribute to our service people serving our country!

Thanks Mark Hopper

Mark my comments were not directed at the bonding method you are using. I didn't see anything I didn't like with the construction methods.

What I was referring to was related to the angle of the deck. The boat I saw at Evansville had the deck mounted nearly 1/2 inch higher on the bow than all 4 of my Speedmasters. This hull uses the deck to provide downforce. What you have done will significantly reduce this downforce because it changes the decks attitude at speed. Since the boat is already a loose running boat I don't think this is the right direction to go.

I had every intention of buying a new Speedmaster 45 from you to replace the one I've got. I've spent more time than most on the setup of this hull and surely didn't want to throw away what I've learned because if you've seen my boat run I think you would agree that it's as fast as any Speedmaster around. When it got damaged badly at the Nats I made the decision to by the Delta Force based on what I saw at the time.

You guys are still thinking of weight. Do you know how many records have been held by stock Seaducers and Speedmasters? I'll take the heavy.

Preston is that your CrapShooter? I'm looking for a 80/90 CrapShooter.

Brian
Looking at Chinese Monos to save some bucks but interested in a crapshooter? That's like shopping for a yugo while telling people you are considering a Lamborghini.

Caught me as humorous....

I have a Delta Force 20 Mono and a Arrowshark 90 mono, the Delta force is a quality boat while the arrowshark looks as if it was built by an amateur. I personally like the design of the deck as compared to the seaducer. When it comes to the overall weight these boats are much lighter than seaducers but I would compare them to the boats I use to race such as Youngbloods. Just thought I would give everyone my opinion on these boat.
