With 10-20C 2000 cells and soon to arrive 3000 cells....it won't be long until Lipoly is also a R/C Sprint Boat power source. I hope to do some testing this year and see how this new technology does.

Yep just got offered 20 and 15 c discharge rate lithiums in 2.1 and 2 ah respectively

these cells equate to double the power with 75% of the weight - with discharge rates this high the motors able to be run are much hotter than at present wait for the fall in race times and incredible increase in speed

waiting on pricing

Sure....

There are things though that you need to know. Most of the 20C talk is with the cells darn near the melting point. We have a professional battery testing company looking and running tests on different models ect. One thing for sure, it's changing fast.

I also heard today that the new Sanyo NIMH will out soon.
