how work the +/- head clearance(.004-.008)?

I have a guestion.

high nitro fuel = low head clearance and low nitro fuel = high head clearance is this good or bad? ???

For low nitro fuel use .008 head clearance is true? ???

Don't confuse head clearance with head volume. Head clearance controls charge cooling and influences the squish effect. you can run the same head clearance with any fuel. Head volume needs to be lower for high nitro fuel.

Set the head clearance (.008 is good), then enlarge the bowl area if you are getting detonation.
