Help with flodded Carburator

Hi Guys i apreciatte anybody can help me. I have a OS .21RG inboard engine with prather .21 marine tunned pipe and since it was new it flodded when i conect the gas hose or fill the tank, i checked the presure of tank i try with 2 tanks diferents, new hoses, different setups in 2 diferent hull. To run i should releases the glow to take oyut the fuel and fast try again.

sounds like your tank is higher in the boat than the needle valve of the engine. Fuel flows down hill.
