Help identifying Russian motor

From my very basic knowledge of the Russian language, it's an MDS. "10" would likely mean 10cc (.61 cu . in).

These things are quite old - I remember them back in the early 90's. Nowhere near the build quality of the Kalistratov's or the Averianov A90's.

Thy have bin on Ebay for a few years on and off some one has a stock pile of them.

I all most got one but it is a throw away eng. No parts to be had but a second eng for parts.

Let us know how it runs thy do sell pretty cheep.

Hobby club sells the .21 version of this eng to this day.

POP that thing open and let us see the inside.

The engine is still in the socialist era, he looks like a racing engine, but the rod is too soft. You build a wooden base and place it in a cabinet. The engine is not to be used for racing purposes.
