This is late in the game but challenges with my computer lately has delayed the update of the website. It is now updated http://www.grandprixclassic.com.

The race is February 11th and 12th. Contact Alfred Lanza to enter. Info is on the website.

Due to lower than usual numbers in the past few years we have opened up the event to all classes. If you bring it we will find a way to get you into a class somewhere. Even if your boat is not quite all together bring it and maybe you can still make a heat on Sunday. Since it is the first race of the year we run a very loose ship giving everyone a chance to do a little bit of testing, tuning and practice before we start racing. The goal, as it is every year is to have fun. Entry money is used to buy food for the racers.

The race format is 3 to 4 rounds of racing with the top 5 going to the main event. The second top six will run in a consolation race with the winner advancing to the final. This is for all classes.

Electric,

Gas,

and Nitro

Welcome...

Shoot it even be cool to see some sail boats and warships.

Come have fun.
