What size flex shaft are you guy's running for a 20 whiplash? I have .187 with 3/16 stub but this might be over kill for this boat. It will have a Nova 35+21 for power, also do you run the shaft with a liner or without? I was thinking about a .150 with 3/16 stub should be plenty, what is every one else running? thanks Rick

no point in reinventing the wheel

i run a 3/16 all the way back.

use a oiler that we sell and never had a issue.

i think if you are looking for saw stuff.. maybe look at a smaller cable.. but if you race.. don't risk it just to gain maybe a 100 rpms or so.. if that who really knows for sure.

Chris, I still grease my cables...okay im a dinosuar...i hate change...i like things SIMPLE..dont like clutter...something else to break...now that ive said all that(ha ha) could you post a picture of the oiler that you sell ? in a boat?......i use 3/16 cable in all my 20 boats...NO problems EVER! Thanks, Bill

here ya go bill.

and i tell ya what.. once you use this thing.. grease will NEVER be in your box again.. and the cables look 100% better than with grease

the oiler is completely out of the way and nice and compact.. clamps right to the tube and probably one of the best things dad has ever come up with.

Chris, that is very, very, COOL!! Thanks, Bill

Wow, I guess the 3/16 is the way to go and no liner, I was just concerned with radio problems with the metal to metal on the prop shaft, I guess I will have to get one of Chris's oilers and go that route. thanks for all the coments. Rick
