Engine Mount (octura or Hi-Jack)

Hi Guys,

Just got my 32" Wood Stuff boat with a 3.5 SS. I noticed the engine mount (OCTURA) is quite sloppy. I have an extra HI-Jack mount and may use that but it may put the motor too high.

Any experiance with Octura engine mounts and how the "Fit" the K&B Motor mount pim?

Are the holes at the same spot/place for these motormounts?

Ever tried the DuBro motormount? Stabele and adjustable.

did u try inverting the hi-jack plate where the pin is attached? it may bring ur motor down...

Not yet, will see if the octura mount can be fixed.
