Up for sale is a lightly used Dynamite GPS Speed Meter. It is in excellent condition and was only used a handful of times. The satellite only connects outdoors so indoor use usually won't link to the satellite. It has a built in lithium battery that charges through the included USB cable. It will also charge on a Motorola style cell phone wall charger. The battery is in perfect working condition and does not require any special care. This unit tracks current speed, top speed, and average speed. It also gives you the current altitude, longitude, latitude, time, and distance driven. If you download the free software on the Dynamite website it shows the path of your run over a mapping system like Google Earth, supports software updates, saves data to PC, and allows language or measurement units changes. Lots of really cool features. Basically you turn it on hit record and put it in your boat. It records up to 3 hours of all the listed data. You can stop recording when your done with your run so you don't waste unnecessary recording space and then hit record again for your next run. At any time you can clear out the info if you get low on recording space. Dynamite says it is waterproof, but I always put it in my radio box just to be safe. Dimensions are 2.59in X 1.56in X 0.82in. and weighs 30grams. Everything shown in the pictures is included.
