Yesterday, I obtained some CF tubing and rod from TAP Plastics to fabricate a rudder pushrod for my 2000 Elam. When cutting the tube, using an Exacto razor saw, I had breakout so bad along the cut that I would have failed myself had I been being tested on it at work. Is there an easy way to cut CF that doesn't result in breakout?

Tape and dremel has worked best for me

I always use my trusty wet tile saw, works great and keeps the harmful dust out of your lungs. I have cut both solid rods, hollow and flat sheets without any breaks, went slow and work perfectly.
