In the past I've always used low density Klegicell for flotation but I'd like to know what others are using.

Pool noodle from Canadian Tire. ( I'm cheap lol)

I just use the standard stuff that home depot sells. It shapes easy on the belt sander and than I go over it with glass to seal it up and hold it in.

Local Foam and rubber supplier got me in a 1"thick sheet of the stuff pool noodles are made from , looks and fits a lot neater than the round stuff

other than that , as the others said : pool noodle ,cheap, easy to chop up to the shape you need

available just about any where
