Has anyone tried the Futaba 2.4 system in a nitro boat yet? Any problems so far? I did not have good results with the Spectrum system in cars or boats. Too many dead spots. But i have had great results with the Futaba system in 1/8th scale cars so far.

Whats everyones experiance with the spectrum systems? What is the minimum amp, and voltage requirments. I have seen them used alot in gas boats with 1200 cells, but wonder how they would work with smaller boats with smaller batteries. Also, has anyone used Lipo cells with a spectrum reciever?
