Just cuz you didn't race for a year doesn't make you a novice Tim. Lol If you make the trip to Evansville you won't be disappointed. Great location and a great club to host the event.

I raced twice the year R.J. and the way I was driving I should have been in Novice.

Sorry Tim not at this time. WE could however run a little race after a days event time permitting. By having this 4 days it makes it hard to accommodate everyone but we will try..... Specialty classes include B-Sport Tunnel,Sport 20,RTR 18 Hydro and Classic Thunderboat

Yes scale but no a hydro....Our other 3 races will have A hydro

Phil's guestamate sounds pretty close,,, It was close to nine hours from our place in Gainesville, Ga. to E-Ville.

I think I can say, we are going,,,,Why don't you come up to our place, then we can travel together???

Coming from the south(on HWY 41) you pass right by Audubon State Park. It is about 1/2 mile before you cross the twin bridges to come into Indiana and its about 11 miles from the race lake.

Rocky Falls Campground is 8 miles west of Evansville on the Lloyd Expressway and about 17 miles from the race lake.

When we were at the Evansville Internats in 2008 we stayed at a nice campground that was north on I-164 about 8 miles then west on New Harmony Rd about 1 1/2 miles. Almost all freeway from the site less than 10 miles. Just past Zoar Church Rd on the south side of New Harmony. (looked at Map Quest Aerial view) I don't remember the name but maybe someone local will fill in the blanks. Was in a campground directory. Reasonable, clean & quiet.
