Got one run in today blew off at 88.6 and bent the rudder linkage. Dumb ass forgot to plug the RPM sensor in.

20 deg. rake lifts the front to much at speed. but the profile and hub cut made it turn on a dime and hooked up the hole run. no break in the tail or unhooking. Real smooth ride.

We are heading in the right direction.

David,

Certainly looks like it was quicker from the graph. What next for next 12mph, more pitch?
No I think we hit the pitch wall with this set up. Little hard to launch took a few seconds to get up if you look at the chart.

The corner speed is good 70+

Going 3 blade next with less pitch and rake. like the ride with the 3 blade and should stay hooked up in race water real nice.

Mark has the info now so we will see what comes for Christmas.

Speed is there I feel with this prop and more nitro. Only 50% right now but I want to see how much I can get with this setup before I change any thing. Changing only one thing the prop will give the best base line results.

Not much time to test before the Winter Nat's. So will pick the best of the bunch for the race.

Never know what I will have in my back pocket. B)

Don't worry if it hits 100 MPH in a race you all will be the first to know it and I will have the log to prove it not just a key board.

Well Brutus got his Christmas present early. the best in accessory for the well dressed gladiator.

A .050 thick and 1/2 wider titanium turn fin.

I think the wife got jellos.

Well it looks like this will be a good Christmas for Brutus.

Gust ordered a custom pipe from Scott Bouchie. Should have it in time to setup for the Winter Nat's.

Watch out 100MPH I'm coming to get ya.

Made a new button and put the radius on the piston top edge. Will give it a go tomorrow and see if it helps.

The timing goes way up with the radius on the piston top. 195 EX and 135 trans boost.

Squeezed the chamber down to .90 and made the squash 60% instead of 70%. also brought the clearance down to .008 from .014

The plug is .130 from the top of the piston with this chamber instead of .195

Compression is 9 to 1 up from 8.4 to 1 as before.

The new chamber worked killer. 65% nitro and loved it. pulled out of the corner with the 2818 like it had a booster rocket strapped to the back.

Covered the straits in less than 2 second. what A ride WOW!!! the new fin hooked it right in to the buoys diving in full tilt at 85+mph.

Can't wait to get the new 3 blades from Mark. Spit the blade on the 3020 in the corner at full speed in tight. O well NEXT!!

Small chamber tight squash all the way.

Come on Scott Brutus needs a new pipe to play.

David, so the Eagle Tree showed you were doing 85+ in the corners on a course? That's impressive!

Not thew the corners.85+ entry speed in to the corners.70 to 75 tops in the corners. depends on the track you take. on the out side 75 but up tight on the buoys 65. I think the 3 blade will help with the speed in the corners. I have reached the limit of what this pipe will do. Will see what the new pipe will bring to the table.

Can throw it in right up on 1 and hold tight but it scrubs off speed. When it unloads coming out hold on it"s at the next corner in the blink of and eye.

Will need a clear course to pull it off in a race. the closing rate will be scary.

Just hope I can pull it off. will be hard to imagine 13 MPH faster down the straits at this point.

Don't think I will be able to do it with other boats in the water. But I'm going to try.
