What engine for a sport 40

Hey guys, what .45 engine is really favoured around here? I have an OPS .45. Is this a good, or a kinda good engine to run? What company do you guys like and are fast+ reliable?

I am a huge OPS and OS fan myself...they run reliably and predictably and parts are easy to get.

Everyone has their preferences. A friend hates OS, and loves CMB (I think they're a little overrated)...go figure.

btw:I am also in Toronto. (Ajax) You should check out a local club I run with sometimes @Frenchmans bay.
