Twin Outboard X-series Cat

Built the original hull some time ago but after talking to good friend of mine thought is was a good idea to get it back out,modd it and revamp the looks etc

I plan on using 2 x OS legs,Scorpion HK3226 1600 KV outrunners,swordfish 200esc on 6s on each should be pretty quick

But i know a couple of others are being built with twin nitro setup

I plan on using this as a plug once iv done the filling and sanding will just leave the strakes to add on the sponsons just wanna make sure there all good 1st

and need to get another OB aswell

I have a 36" long AC Model cat I was going to run twin inboard .21's, but ran into packaging issues with the engines when trying to get the CG correct. Twin .21 outboards might be the answer.... I also wondered whether twin .21's would be enough power to move the hull to 55 mph, but your electrics should reach that speed no problem.

My tools are already out. Im trying to finish a kneeler as well as a ff rigger. If i'm not carefull i'll be starting one of these cat,s before the other two are finished...DOH!!!
