tune pipe o/s outboard 21

I see there are o/s outboard 21 with tune pipes on them . Do they sell tune pipes for the outboard 21 motor where can you buy them if so .

I found the plate thank you for the help. So is there even a speed different with a pipe on the o/s ?

in my humble opinnion i test my olds xm21 with htb silver bullet and rossi pipes blow 65% nitro, no more performance than original mufller. i think to be obtain more power i should be work on sleeve times.
