Stuffing box

As you can tell I have to put in a stuffing box in my 21 mono what sizes do you use on the outside tube and what size on the one the 3/16 flex cable goes thru. This is on a Speedmaster that is about 4 years old.

Outside is 5/16 O.D. Inside is 1/4 O.D.

Unless you use the 0.032 wall tubing, standard 0.015 wall, 5/16" tube is 9/32" ID, so 1/4" inner tube is too loose. My seaducer has 1/4" OD for the cable (7/32" ID, 1/32" clearance to cable) and 9/32" OD tube laminated to the hull for a guide.
