Boaters,

I am working on a S.S. propeller project currently, what would you like to use in S.S.?

Examples: 1450,2160,2047,2050,1440,1457,V-937/3,V-947/3,1667,1455,2170, etc.

What you be willing to pay for them? They would be casted not CNC.

Raw would be around $20.00 to $30.00 each.

$50.00 to $75.00 finished depending on the diameter.

Let Me Know Please,

Mark Sholund

Voodoo props are 29 for a raw SS 17-4 prop. That is for gas sized props. So was 50 to 75 for a finished prop? I think you should be shooting for 30 raw. Hopefully you will be offering them raw so people like me who do their own can have access.

mark, cast or cnc? 1450, 1440 1445, 1614, x-series 437/3,438,440,442 (if x's are in the plan...). something in line with your current prices, if the raw castings are comparable $ to a current octura or abc raw prop. you know what the labor costs & then the prop cost, you gonna have to tell us.

Labor cost for good stainless has to go up. Stainless uses up the abrasive materials much more quickly . And even with the best quality abrassives the time factor goes up too.

would love to see somebody produce SS props for 60, big block and twin nitro rigger boats..most of the props were using do not hold

their shape and loose pitch after as little as one race..some suggestions are H-32, 1662, and most important is the 1667!! these are

great props when pitched up but they just dont hold up..stainless would be awesome!!

Mark,

I'd just like for someone to get back to me on "off the shelf" props. How about the ABC 50X60 and 50X69 stock raw props I'm looking for? Hate to ask too much.

Later, Ron

Boaters,

Just a little update on the new project.

The S.S.propellers are under way, and should have something to test in about a month.

I may need some testers in a warmer climate. They are being tested in Texas,

Florida,Las Vegas, and California.

Thanks,

Mark Sholund
