I'm back to working on my scratch built scale, there will be gaps between the glass tub and the wood wings. Has anyone used Six10 to fill and is it sandable after tooling it in??? ==={}

Ray,

I have not used this product, but I have used the #105 resin with various amounts of #406 colloidal silica mixed in, many times. Consistencies from warm catsup thickness to very cold cream cheese thickness, with either #205 (fast hardener) or #206 (slow hardener). The amount of colloidal silica does not effect the cure time. This stuff is extremely light in weight! Caution; always use a mask when mixing with colloidal silica!
