Just starting to design a new latest model Merc ob cover for the OS XM.

Like to show you the result after couple hours off drawing and milling.

To get cooling for the gen II XM OB, you can just dril a hole in the front

off the cover (just like the real one) and with the bottom complete open,

I think it will create enough airflow. Comes complete with mountingplate. Hope you like it.

Can't tell you much $$ at mo. (this one just came out off the millingmachine)

I would take one.Maybe we can have them shipped to one person her in the US and save all the shipping per person.It looks like it coming from the Netherlands.What do you think.

Do you think these will cover a FE conversion for p limited? Or can you tell me the height from the engine mounting plate to top of cowling?

We spent some time to find the correct proportions.

Dimensions are about H: 3.6 W: 2.5 L: 4.4
