Brian Smith from the Southern Tier Model Boat Club (District 1) could really use all our help.He was diagnosed a couple of weeks ago with an inoperable brain tumor. Today they are going in to try to remove it. He has been racing for over 30 years both up here in New York and Florida in the winter. Brian is one of the nicest guys you would want to know. He would give you the shirt off his back and help in any way. He is going under the knife in Arizona today and he needs our prayers. This came on very fast as he was fine in October. Please join me in praying for him and the doctors trying to make him well. He is just a great guy. Tom Galdys

Update, They canclljed Brian's surgery today because his blood platelets were to low. Don't know what they are going to do. Please keep him in your thoughts. Tom
