Irwin 7.5 outboard pipe

I have a pipi I am trying to save....can someone please give me the tailpiece length and inside diameter...right now it is a brass tubing cut to 1.5 inches from fat part of pipe with inside diameter of.365.... Any ideas or suggestions...
