foam core for vacuum bagging

I have a set of sponsons I am making. have the mold and made some out of glass and filled with foam. came out real heavy 350g. Want to use the mold to make a foam core and then cover the core with CF and bag it. what is out there for 2 part foam that would work the best.

Also the sponsons are a very complex shape will bagging conform to very irregular shapes?

I would bag CF into the mold and use 4lb 2 part foam to fill them, works well.
