FLowmeter why 40 mmhg??

anybody there can give their opinion about setting the flowmeter in 40 mmhg? this is what i saw from peeps using the flowmeter.......why not in 30 mmhg, 20mmhg, etc? what's the thing behind?..thanks

It's just a baseline and it doesn't matter what you start out with.
