Throughout the years, we've stuck with the OS #71703009...

Our current project we're using the OS In Flight, with a KRE base.

Would like to try a Don Ferrette base on this next boat we're

going to start on.

Thanks-

tim

I think don's bases are a better way to go as they are compact and with tubs getting smaller, room in the engine bay is getting less. With the CMB and Bob Violett needles the amount of room to mount and run fuel lines is alot greater. They are all good when they seal and will do the job just remember that the sharper needle is for the small motors.

have used them with good luck, the only thing is to flush them out because for some reason(the steel they are made with) they will rust up right away, but other than that a good accurate needle.
