It is an unmuffled pipe, likely a 45 from the pic.

This pipe is an FAI pylon pipe made for 40 sized motors running on 4-1 fuel. They work well on a 45 if you enlarge the stinger hole.

Looks like a ops 6270 or a 6280 pipe. Would work well on most 40 engines. Stinger bore needs to be .300 -320 ID. Installed Mono/Length 9 3/4....... Hydro 9 1/4 from the center of the piston to the weld on the pipe. If ran on a CMB45 you may need to be 1/4 longer.

That is as boatworx said, a pylon pipe.

well, I am gunna go ahead and buy it from the guy for 30 bux, I will just make sure the stinger is board out to the correct size, should work good enough, I aint racin, for every little bit of proformance outta my engine, just need to out drive'em and stay runnin!!
