What type of pipe is this header set-up for?

For gas zenoah the flange that mounts on engine is missing the collar is for a aluminum pipe and usually has a strap that goes around the water nipple to keep pipe in place

I have the of engine side of the cooling flange. I was just curious about the collar. I looked it up on Hanson's site. All the info was there.
