Boom tube 2 hole plate\ drill guide

On Crapshooter boats there are plates on the outside of the boom tubes where the screws go thru the boom tube and into the sponson tubes. They are curved to fit the boom tube,about an inch long and have 2 holes in them. Are these something Stu makes or can they be found at McMaster carr, Grainger...? If so what are they called and where can they be found? Thanks.
